Chihuahuas and other pocket-size pups hit the beach for Cinco de Mayo. Dewey Beach's first Cinco de Mayo Chihuahua Race was held near the Life Saving Station on Dagsworthy Avenue.
A crowd of onlookers gathered to watch the tiny dogs dash to the finish line, and race organizer Joe Kane donned a sombrero to cheer on the contestants.
