Hazzard-Sager engagement announced

Gene and Tami Hazzard of Ocean View recently announced the engagement of their daughter, Jessica Marie, to Zachary Sager, son of Tom and Nancy Sager of Wilmington.

Jessica and Zachary met while attending the University of Delaware.

After graduation, Jessica entered the workforce, and Zachary went on to attend and graduate from the University of Maryland School of Law. A December wedding is planned.
