Rehoboth workshop set for June 10

Rehoboth Beach commissioners have scheduled a workshop for 9 a.m., Monday, June 10. The agenda calls for continued discussion on non-habitable basements, the city’s fee schedule and a fund balance policy. 

The agenda also calls for discussions on setting the city’s tax rate for Fiscal Year 2025 and a joint request by the Lewes Board of Public Works and Sussex County to open a dialogue to explore a three-way regional wastewater partnership among the three organizations.

Special Rehoboth meeting June 10

Rehoboth Beach commissioners have scheduled a special meeting for Monday, June 10, which is slated to take place immediately following the conclusion of a workshop. The agenda calls for an executive session for the purpose of conducting preliminary discussion on sales or leases of real property.

The meeting will be conducted in the commissioners room of city hall, 229 Rehoboth Ave.

Lewes council to meet June 10

Lewes Mayor and City Council will meet at 5:30 p.m., Monday, June 10, at city hall.

The agenda includes discussion and possible action to add a draft ordinance to an upcoming workshop regarding driveway width rules on residential city streets and alleys.
