Cape football holds awards banquet

The 2024 Cape football team held its end-of-season dinner and awards ceremony Jan. 12 in the banquet room at Hyatt Place Dewey Beach, where honors were presented to the varsity, junior varsity and freshman squads.
“I will say that our Cape community is truly special,” said head coach Mike Frederick. “Their support is amazing and continues to grow, and it is felt across all areas of what we are trying to accomplish.”
Cape finished 5-6 overall and fell to Salesianum in the state tournament.
