Relay For Life of Sussex County held a kickoff event April 30 at Crooked Hammock in Lewes to start the 2025 season.
The season opener featured staff wearing 1950s-inspired outfits to fit in with this year’s theme of Shake, Rattle ‘n’ Roll Away Cancer. During the event, 15% of all sales at Crooked Hammock went to benefit Relay For Life of Sussex County.
A community-based national organization, Relay For Life holds walks and other fundraisers to benefit the American Cancer Society.
