Watercolor society names award winners for Lewes library show

The Delaware Watercolor Society welcomed nationally recognized landscape painter and watercolorist Dan Marshall as the juror for its current exhibit at the Lewes Public Library.

Christine Heyse’s “Bicycle Shop” won the first-place award sponsored by the Baltimore Watercolor Society. Devin Lulu’s “Frolic and Friends” won second place, and Anne Crown Cyr’s “Red Rose #1” took third place. Joan Judge’s “Spring Runoff,” Brad Hastings’ “LV 118” and Leslie Lesko’s “Baby Ballerina” won merit awards. The exhibit will run though the month of June at the library, 111 Adams Ave., Lewes.
