Local mortgage CEO honored for industry impact

Robyn Graves, founder and CEO of Success Mortgage, has been named a 2025 Woman of Influence by HousingWire. The program honors women who are making a measurable impact on their organizations and the broader housing economy. Winners were selected by HousingWire’s editorial team and a panel of industry professionals, based on their professional accomplishments, industry contributions, community involvement and overall influence.

With nearly 30 years of experience in the mortgage industry, Graves has led Success Mortgage through remarkable growth, expanding the company’s size by over 600% in multiple states within just two years. As both CEO and lead loan originator, she combines deep industry knowledge with a relentless focus on operational excellence and professional development.

Known for her educational approach to leadership, Graves personally trains her team in loan programs, compliance and business development. She created an internal incentive program that rewards consistent, income-producing activities. 

Beyond her company, Graves contributes to the industry through continuing education and supports local nonprofit organizations.
