Angola-area home hit by gunfire

Delaware State Police are investigating after they say a home near Angola was hit by gunfire July 3.

Troopers said they were notified July 7 about the shooting around 10:30 p.m. in the 29000 block of Frenchman Bay Drive when someone fired an unknown number of shots that hit an occupied house. Two adults were inside at the time, police said, and no one was injured. The incident remains under investigation.
