Faith “Faye” Lord of Rehoboth Beach passed away Sunday, May 18, 2025. Born in Baltimore, Md., she was the eldest of six siblings.

Faith worked in real estate and auctioneering before retiring to the Eastern Shore. She was active in the Ocean City and Rehoboth art leagues, known for her colorful abstract paintings inspired by nature and wildlife. Her work was featured in both galleries and celebrated for its emotional depth and fearless color. She was also a published member of Rehoboth Beach Writers’ Guild. Her words—like her brushstrokes—were full of clarity, honesty, and grace.

She is survived by her three sons, Robert Ziolkowski, Scott Lord and Richard Ziolkowski; her stepdaughter, Donna (Lord) Bailey; 11 grandchildren; and six great-grandchildren. She was preceded in death by her loving husband of 54 years, Donald C. Lord; two siblings; and two grandchildren.

A memorial service will be held with visitation beginning at 10 a.m., Saturday, July 19, at Lutheran Church of Our Savior, 20276 Bay Vista Road, Rehoboth Beach, followed by a service at 11 a.m.
