Cape Artists to draw winning ticket for original painting Aug. 31

“Harbor of Refuge Light” by by Kathy Casey, Cape Artists.
The Cape Artists are raffling off a large painting of the Harbor of Refuge Lighthouse created by Kathy Casey.
Proceeds will help cover costs for the youth art competition for contestants ages 13 to 18.
