September 13, 2025

The Oldfather Group of Compass RE, with main offices in downtown Lewes and satellite offices throughout the region, is proud to announce that it’s welcomed a dozen new agents to its growing sales team thus far in 2025.

In the first quarter of the year, the firm welcomed Kim Collins, Jacqueline Slivinski and Alec Wheatley to the group. This trio of new talent has quickly become an essential part of the Oldfather Group’s mission in southern Delaware, with Wheatley now leading the company’s Client Acquisition Division.

The second quarter of the year saw six talented new agents join the Oldfather Group, each driven by service, growth and the desire to help new families find their dream homes at and near the Delaware and Maryland beaches.

The six additions to the company between April and June were Ruixing Wang, Laura Patterson, Megan Donahue, Courtney Dereli, Kathleen Albert and Sam Nainani.

Most recently, in the third quarter of 2025, John McKee, Ellen Fitzgerald and Sade Howard joined the Oldfather Group of Compass RE. This latest trio embodies the Oldfather Group spirit and mission of helping as many families as possible in their local and personalized real estate journeys.

“At our core, we are a people-first company,” said Dustin Oldfather, chief executive and founder of the Oldfather Group. “These aren’t just agents. They are leaders, listeners and legacy builders. I’m honored they chose to bring their talents here, to grow with us, challenge us and serve alongside us.”

With nearly 4,000 homes sold and $2 billion in career sales volume, the Oldfather Group continues to raise the bar for what real estate can feel like: connected, thoughtful and deeply human.

The Oldfather Group was founded in 2004 and specializes in real estate sales throughout Delaware, as well as the coastal Maryland towns of Ocean City and Berlin, the capital city of Annapolis, parts of southeastern Pennsylvania, and the nation’s capital of Washington, D.C.
