Greenwood man arrested for Milford robberies

September 23, 2025

Delaware State Police have arrested a Greenwood man for two robberies in Milford in which the suspect used a knife in order to threaten convenience store employees into giving him money.

The first incident, police said, took place Sept. 14 at a store on Shawnee Road. According to police, two employees and a customer were in the store when a man, later identified as Terrell Boyce, 29, jumped over the counter and pulled out a knife. He demanded an employee open the register and then took an undisclosed amount of cash before fleeing the scene. Police said no one was physically harmed during the incident.

On Sept. 19, police said Boyce entered another store on Bay Road and again brandished a knife, asking the clerk to open the cash registers. Police say Boyce took an undisclosed amount of cash and cigars before fleeing the scene. Again, no one was physically harmed during the incident.

During its investigation, Delaware State Police worked with Dover police, as Boyce was a suspect in a robbery that took place there. Dover police arrested Boyce Sept. 21 and took him to Delaware State Police Troop 3 in Camden-Wyoming. Boyce has been charged with two counts of first-degree robbery, two counts of possession of a deadly weapon during commission of a felony and two counts of wearing a disguise during the commission of a felony.

Boyce was arraigned at Justice of the Peace Court 7 and incarcerated at Sussex Correctional Institution in Georgetown on $110,000 cash bond.
