Dewey commissioners sworn in

Dewey Beach Commissioners Elisabeth Gibbings, David Jasinski and Paul Bauer were all elected to two-year terms. The municipal election had been set for Sept. 20, but was canceled for the fifth straight year when only the incumbents filed to run.
Dewey Mayor Bill Stevens was also sworn in for a fifth consecutive term.
