Despite the cold temps on Rehoboth Bay, members and friends of Chabad of Southern Delaware held a Grand Menorah Lighting Dec. 14, on the Baywalk in Dewey Beach. The Chanukah celebration features the lighting of a large public menorah, traditional holiday treats, hot chocolate and entertainment. The goal is to spread light and celebrate the Festival of Lights with all.
