Bunny Bonanza brings rabbit fans to Lewes

Easter treats abound in Canalfront Park for annual festival
April 4, 2026

Everybody’s favorite rabbit arrived right on time April 4, at the annual Bunny Bonanza in Lewes Canalfront Park.

The Freedom Boat Club brought the Easter Bunny down the canal and right to the dock.

After he hopped off the boat, he made his way through throngs of eager Easter fans to his chair, where he posed for pictures.

Bunny Bonanza featured an Easter egg grab, a kids fashion show sponsored by Kids’ Ketch and a visit from Clifford the Big Red Dog, courtesy of Humane Animal Partners.

Kids were also able to pick up free bunny masks and paint Easter eggs.
