Shine a Light series

Shine a Light series, 5 p.m., Lewes library, 111 Adams Ave., Lewes. Lewes City Council candidate's forum. Bill Shull of the Cape Gazette and Madeleine Overturf of CoastTV will pose questions to the candidates, followed by audience questions. Ronald Collins, retired law professor specializing in constitutional and First Amendment law, will moderate. Councilmembers Joe Elder & Tim Ritzert, along with Lewes Planning Commission Vice Chairman Kevin Keane, are vying for the two council seats, registration not required.
