Cape boys' lacrosse improved to 5-2 on the season with a 9-4 win over Wilmington Friends in the Dave Reynolds Lacrosse Festival April 12 at Wesley College.
The Vikings outscored the Quakers 4-1 in the first period and never looked back. Blake Mann, Luke Benson, Justin Lopez and Michael Hopkins each scored 2 goals while Nick DiGuglielmo tallied 1.
Mann, Benson, DiGuglielmo and Thomas Ott each had an assist in the contest.
Friends outshot the Vikings 25-23 with Tony Iammatteo making 8 stops.
