James L. Rickards Sr. arrangements announced

James L. Rickards Sr., 41, of Millsboro, passed away Thursday, July 25, 2013.

There will be a viewing Tuesday, July 30 from 6 to 8 p.m., and a funeral service Wednesday, July 31, at 1 p.m., with a viewing two hours prior at St. John 2nd Baptist Church, 26602 Mount Joy Road, Millsboro.
