Wellness groups welcome participants, exhibitors for May 17 Walk on the Boardwalk
The Parkinson Education and Support Group of Sussex County, Cape Henlopen Senior Center and Lewes Senior Center will be jointly hosting a Walk on the Boardwalk from 10 a.m. to noon, Saturday, May 17.
The Cape Henlopen Senior Center, 11 Christian St. in Rehoboth, will hold a $5 all-you-can-eat pancake breakfast from 8 to 11 a.m. to fortify participants. Shuttle service will be provided between the senior center and the Boardwalk. Entertainers will perform at the Bandstand from 10 a.m. to 1 p.m. Rehoboth merchants will hold sidewalk sales throughout the day, and a number of health and aging-in-place exhibitors will be on hand to talk with everyone.
