Ron Ladue named top listing agent for July 2014

Ron Ladue, a sales associate with Long & Foster Real Estate Inc., the largest independent residential real estate company in the United States, has been named top listing agent for July 2014 for Long & Foster’s Lewes office, at 117 Savannah Road. Ladue was also top listing agent for June 2014.

“We are proud to announce Ron Ladue as this month’s top listing agent,” said Carol Materniak, branch manager for Long & Foster Lewes and Rehoboth Beach offices. “Ron has accomplished this honor two months in a row and has had great success with marketing his listings.”

Ladue graduated cum laude from the University of Maryland with a degree in English and education and was also named the College of Education’s Man of the Year. He initially taught high school English and served as the head football and baseball coach for his school. As a result, Ladue has the communication skills to be an effective negotiator for his clients and the mental toughness to solve the problems that can occur during the contract process.

Ladue has consistently proved to be a high achiever since he entered the real estate field, and he has frequently been a top real estate producer.
