Jim Parker Builders of Millsboro held an open house and wine tasting Sept. 6 at its Kingston Ridge development near Millsboro. Kingston Ridge features large lots in a development zoned for 300 homes, but with only 88 lots. The homes are all custom stick-built and they will build their models or any home with a minimum size of 2,100 square feet.
The development will be gated and security cameras are in place throughout the development. Kingston Ridge is in the Indian River School District and is 15 miles from the Delaware Beaches. For more information go to www.jimparkerbuilders.com.
