Treasures in Lewes now carrying Brighton Jewelry

December 24, 2014

Treasures in Lewes recently announced it will now be carrying the Brighton Collectibles line and offering its iconic line of jewelry.

The Brighton dream started in the late 1960s when a pair of high school sweethearts, Jerry Kohl and Terri Kravitz, began running their own specialty store part time while still in high school. When they graduated in 1969, the casual job became a full-time operation. A few years later they purchased an existing men’s belt manufacturing company, Leegin, which was renamed Brighton in 1985. In 1990, they launched their product line Lady Brighton, which started as solely carrying women’s belts. A few years later, they released their first handbags. Over time, Lady Brighton expanded considerably, carrying jewelry, shoes and other accessories for women.

During this holiday season, Treasures will be carrying a wide selection of Brighton jewelry and plans to carry much more of the line in the future.
