How long have you been living at the beach?
I moved to Delaware from Arkansas in the spring of 2005, making this my tenth year in the first state.
What is your favorite thing about living at the beach?
My favorite thing about living at the beach would have to be the caring and welcoming community in which we live! Rehoboth Beach and the surrounding towns have proven themselves to be quite unique.
What is your business/profession?
My business is one of beauty and wellness. I have been a Master Barber / Hairstylist for 10 years with Bad Hair Day? Inc., which has served the local community for 22 years and counting. When did you start working out?
My true beginnings with working out started with mail order gimmicks and discount store equipment. I never understood the importance or the benefits of a structured regimen until two years ago when I made The Body Shop a morning ritual.
Why did you start incorporating fitness into your life?
Never having a proper introduction to fitness and forever being the skinny guy in the group, I decided I was going to make a resolution to myself. I would be a healthier and happier individual if I only incorporated healthy rituals into my daily life. Being on my feet and behind a chair 5 days a week at work to serve others has a demanding toll on the mind and body. Hitting the gym gives me a chance to recharge not only my physical well being but also to refuel my creative drive!
