Ocean View VFW Post 7234 held a ceremony May 9, to commemorate the 50-year anniversary of the Vietnam War. Because of the political climate at the time, when veterans returned many were not welcomed back, often by other veterans. This ceremony was intended to honor and thank Vietnam veterans and their families.
