Toyana S. Knight Jr., forklift operator

Toyana S. Knight Jr., also known as “T.J.” departed this life late Wednesday, Oct. 7, 2015.

Toyana was born Aug. 10, 1995, in Seaford. He was gainfully employed as a forklift driver for ProBuild: Building & Construction and a member of Coming Down from Heaven Ministries.

He is survived by his father and mother, Toyana Sr. and Tammy Knight of Dagsboro; his maternal grandmother, Regina A. Bailey of Georgetown; his paternal grandfather, Thomas E. Knight of Seaford; two sisters, Shantel Knight of Georgetown and Justice Bird of Virginia; three brothers, Ta-John Knight,  Kyree Knight and Trevon Knight, all of Dagsboro; his fiancée Cassie Dear; along with a host of uncles, aunts, nephews, cousins and many friends.

He is preceded in death by a son, Aiden J. Knight; his maternal grandfather, Russell E. Henry Sr. of Georgetown; his paternal grandmother, Daphne D. Hall of Clarksville; and his late grandmother Leona Hall also of Clarksville.

Services will be held at 11 a.m., Saturday, Oct. 17, at Calvary Pentecostal, 113 N. Worcester Hwy., Bishopville, Md. The viewing will take place for family and friends beginning at 9 a.m.
