So why do you need a budget? You need a budget because without one you’re likely to spend everything you earn, living paycheck to paycheck, which is definitely not a good idea. Or spend more than everything you earn, which is when you go into debt or deficit, without really having a good idea of where it is all going. So it is really important to have a budget!
