Scrivner to head Freeman golf, hospitality
Laura Scrivner has been named General Manager for the Carl M. Freeman Sports & Hospitality operations managed by Troon Golf. Laura will be responsible for all golf and amenity operations at Bayside Resort Golf Club, Bear Trap Dunes Golf Club and The Bay Club.
“Laura brings over 20 years of experience in both the golf and hospitality industries to our resort clubs,” remarked Doug Brown, Vice President of Community Development for Carl M. Scrivner has been with Troon Golf for more than 14 years. She was Director of Golf Operations at Tamarron Resort in Durango Col., general manager for Golf Club of Estrella in Goodyear, Ariz., and, most recently, general manager of The Peninsula Golf and Country Club in Millsboro.
