Personal trainer moves to new gym
Paul Timmons, owner and operator of The Firm Fitness Center, recently announced that personal trainer Chris Antonio will be seeing clients at his gym effective immediately. The Firm is located just off Route 1 at the entrance to downtown Rehoboth Beach.
Timmons spoke highly of the addition of Antonio’s services and is very excited for him to get started. “We are proud to announce that Chris Antonio will be seeing clients at The Firm Fitness Center. I have known and respected Mr. Antonio for years, and any facility is made better by association with him,” said Timmons.
