People's Place Counseling Center relocates and expands in Millsboro

The People’s Place Counseling Center has expanded its Millsboro office space. The center relocated to a 2,450-square-foot space in the newly constructed Delmarva Health Pavilion at 30265 Commerce Drive. The counseling center will continue to provide outpatient counseling, medication management and psychological testing at the new location, which will have six offices and a room for children’s play therapy. Appointments with a bilingual psychologist are also available to the Hispanic community.

People’s Place is a multipurpose nonprofit organization offering social and mental health services and resources to Delaware residents. The People’s Place Counseling Centers located in Milford, Millsboro, Seaford and Smyrna provide a wide array of services to children and adults, including individual and family therapy. Services are provided by licensed mental health therapists who specialize in depression, anxiety, post-traumatic stress disorder and behavioral problems.
