Anna Mae's Savory Chipotle Meatloaf

Ingredients:

• 1 lb. ground beef
• 1/2 cup Robert Rothschild Anna Mae's Smokey Sweet Chipotle Oven & Grill Sauce, divided
• 1/2 cup old-fashioned or quick-cooking oats, uncooked
• 1/2 onion, finely chopped
• 1 egg, beaten

Directions:

Mix all ingredients except 1/4 cup of the Robert Rothschild Anna Mae's Smokey Sweet Chipotle Oven & Grill Sauce. Shape into a loaf in a 12x8 inch baking dish. Bake at 375 degrees F for 45 to 50 minutes or until cooked through. Let stand 5 minutes. Top with remaing Robert Rothschild Anna Mae's Smokey Sweet Chipotle Oven & Grill Sauce.
