The Body Shop Has a New Look
Come stop by the Body Shop Fitness Center, a privately owned and operated gym since 1989, located in Downtown Rehoboth Beach (70 Rehoboth Ave, Rehoboth Beach, DE 19971). This Ocean Block Fitness Center is located on the corner of First and Wilmington in Rehoboth Beach, just walking distance from the beach.
Open 7 days a week/ year-round. Off-Season Hours (Monday-Friday) 6am-8pm, (Saturday) 7am-5pm, and (Sundays) 8am-2pm.
During the “In-Season (Memorial Day-Labor Day)” they are open (Monday-Saturday) 6am-8pm and (Sundays) 8am-6pm.
Offering personal training sessions, Beach Boot Camps every Saturday on the beach, weekly group fitness classes, free weights, cardio machines, sport specific youth training, and a variety of memberships with no fees.
The Body Shop Fitness Center loves to give back to their community and leave a positive impact on those people they meet. From a vacationer stopping in to get a quick workout in, to a personal training client, to a longstanding Body Shop member.
