Citizen Photographer Juried Exhibition Submissions

This winter, DelArt launched Citizen Photographer, a statewide initiative inviting community members to engage in civic reflection and contribute to shaping public perceptions of identity through photography. Inspired by federally funded initiatives of the past, Citizen Photographer provides a platform for Delaware residents to consider and visually capture what it means to be a Delawarean as the nation approaches its 250th anniversary.
