Coldwell Banker Premier announces May top Sales Associates
Coldwell Banker Premier is pleased to announce the firm’s top producers for the Rehoboth and Lewes Offices for the month of May. For the Lewes office, the top listing and overall agent was Sarah Russ. The top selling agent was Mary-Beth Pepper. The top team for listing, selling and overall was the Julie Gritton Team. For the Rehoboth office, the top listing agent was Aimee Debenedictis. The top selling and overall agent was Skip Faust.
Sarah Russ, a licensed Realtor, joined Coldwell Banker Resort Realty in July 2019. Sarah brings a variety of experiences including over 10 years as a commercial and residential property manager, with the last 5 years focusing on leasing commercial properties. She is active in the American Heart Association, which she has been a volunteer for over 18 years. Sarah is proud to be a long-time local resident and enjoys any free time she has spending it with her family.
Mary-Beth Pepper, has been a licensed realtor since 2004 with a previous career as a legal secretary with a law firm specializing in real estate transactions. She is a member of the Sussex County Women’s Council of Realtors.
Julie Gritton, ABR, CRS, SRS, is a licensed Realtor since 2004, and is the Broker and Manager of the Lewes Office. She brings over 15 years of local real estate experience in both the rental and sales division making her an asset to investment buyers in the resort area. In 2018, Julie was recognized in the President Silver Circle, earned her Diamond Award and received the Top Producer award in Closed Listing Volume. She was also recognized this year with the Best of Zillow Award. Julie has an Associate’s degree in Marketing, and a Bachelor’s degree In Business, which gives her listing clients a marketing edge with her extensive marketing plans.
Aimee Debenedictis joined the Coldwell Banker Resort Realty team in 2013. Aimee has continued her education earning the Military Relocation Professional Certification, Pricing Strategy Advisor Certification, e-Pro Certification, Smart Home Certificate, completed the Real Estate Staging Expert course, and recently the Seller Representative Specialist Designation. As a Delaware native, she has made serving the community is a priority. Aimee is an Emergency Medical Responder; volunteering with her local Ambulance Company (Station 64) helping in any capacity she can from organizing fundraising events, administrative support, and Grant writing to name a few. She also is a member of the Lions Club and is a member of the Harrington Economic Development Committee. Aimee assists clients in Sussex, Kent and New Castle Counties.
Skip Faust, a licensed Realtor since 1986, is a Lewes native. He has been recognized as Delaware’s number one agent for the Coldwell Banker Brand for 21 years and is a member of the President’s International Elite Circle ranking him within the top 2% of all Coldwell Banker sales associates internationally. He is actively involved as a coach, board member and mentor with Lewes Little League.
