Coldwell Banker Resort Realty is pleased to announce the firm’s top producers for the month of February. For the Rehoboth branch, the top listing agent was Frank Hornstein. The top selling agent was Skip Faust. The top overall agent was Nitan Soni. For the Lewes branch the top listing agent was Ruth Sivils. The top selling agent was Lora Butler. The top overall agent was Dolores Desmond.
Frank Hornstein, has a Bachelor of Science in Management from Penn State University. Prior to real estate, he owned and operated his own business, Plantworks Design Group in Washington, DC. Prior to moving to the area full time, he enjoyed weekend visits for over 15 years. Frank was licensed in Delaware in 2014.
Skip Faust, a licensed Realtor since 1986, is a Lewes native. He has been recognized as Delaware’s number one agent for the Coldwell Banker Brand for 21 years and is a member of the President’s International Elite Circle ranking him within the top 2% of all Coldwell Banker sales associates internationally. He is actively involved as a coach, board member and mentor with Lewes Little League.
Nitan Soni has been licensed for three years. Prior to joining Coldwell Banker Resort Realty, Nitan spent 10 years in sports management as a varsity soccer coach at several schools throughout the region that include Rutgers, Wesley, Temple, Delaware State and University of Delaware. He earned his Master’s Degree in Education from Wesley College and a Master’s Degree in Business Administration from Del. State.
Ruth Sivils, a licensed Realtor since 2003 and Associate Broker since 2010, is past President and an active member of the Sussex County Chapter of the Women’s Council of Realtors. She volunteers her free time with Habitat for Humanity building homes. She has also served on the Board of Directors for the Sussex County Association of Realtors.
Lora Butler, has been a licensed Realtor since2013. She has earned her ABR, Accredited Buyer’s Representative, RSPS, Resort and Second Home Properties Specialist and SFR, Short sales and Foreclosure Resources designations. She was recently recognized as a member of the President’s Silver Circle for her success in sales transactions for 2016. She is passionate about animal rescue and has devoted her free time to this cause for many years.
Dolores Desmond, Vice President and Broker of Record of the Lewes office, has been licensed since 1997. She has been recognized as a Top Producer for the last nine consecutive years and is a member of the President’s Multi-Million Dollar Circle. Desmond has earned her Certified Distressed Property Expert designation, specializing in short sales and helping homeowners find alternatives to foreclosures. She is a founding Charter member and past Board Member of the Sussex County Chapter of Women’s Council of Realtors.
