Coldwell Banker Resort Realty announces top Sales agents for month of May.

COLDWELL BANKER RESORT REALTY NAMES MAY TOP PRODUCERS

Coldwell Banker Resort Realty is pleased to announce the firm’s top producers for the month of May. For the Rehoboth branch, the top listing agent and top overall agent was Frank Hornstein. The top selling agent was Skip Faust. For the Lewes branch the top listing agent was Lucy Churchill. The top selling agent was Kathy Douglass.  The top overall agent was Ruth Sivils.  

Frank Hornstein, has a Bachelor of Science in Management from Penn State University. Prior to real estate, he owned and operated his own business, Plantworks Design Group in Washington, DC. Prior to moving to the area full time, he enjoyed weekend visits for over 15 years. Frank was licensed in Delaware in 2014.

Skip Faust, a licensed Realtor since 1986, is a Lewes native.  He has been recognized as Delaware’s number one agent for the Coldwell Banker Brand for 21 years and is a member of the President’s International Elite Circle ranking him within the top 2% of all Coldwell Banker sales associates internationally. He is actively involved as a coach, board member and mentor with Lewes Little League.

Lucy Churchill, a licensed Realtor since 1987 has earned her GRI (Graduate Realtor) and CRS (Certified Residential Specialist) designations. She has handled both sales and rentals since obtaining her license. She has been recognized as a member of the President’s Gold and Silver Circle in the past for her production levels. She resides in Milton with her husband whom she raises Thoroughbred horses with. They race their horses at Delaware Park and other race tracks in the area.  

Kathy Douglass has been a licensed Delaware Realtor since 2003. She has been a lifetime vacationer to the Rehoboth and Dewey Beach areas and has owned several investment properties over the years. Having previously owned and managed her own business for 20 years prior to her real estate career, she has a depth of experience in property acquisition and management. Douglass also holds the Green Realtor designation. 

Ruth Sivils, a licensed Realtor since 2003 and Associate Broker since 2010, is past President and an active member of the Sussex County Chapter of the Women’s Council of Realtors. She volunteers her free time with Habitat for Humanity building homes. She has also served on the Board of Directors for the Sussex County Association of Realtors.
