Coldwell Banker Resort Realty Celebrates 2021 Award Winners!
On Wednesday, February 23, 2022, Coldwell Banker Resort Realty recognized their agents for all the hard work and dedication they put forth in 2021!
To celebrate, the brokerage held their annual awards banquet at the Sussex County Association of Realtors Office located on Park Avenue in Georgetown. Among the attendees were Steve DuBrueler and Robyn Graves of Coldwell Banker Premier and Todd Keffer who is the Regional Brand Ambassador for Coldwell Banker Corporate.
Agents were recognized for their production in the 2021 calendar year, as well as their contributions to the company and real estate industry. Bruce Plummer, Broker and Chief Operating Officer, had this to say, “All of the agents at our brokerage - both those who earned their awards and those who may have just missed out on one - consistently impress me year after year. Not just with their hard work that I see in the day to day, but also with the incredible, glowing feedback we receive from their clients after they complete a transaction.”
In addition to recognizing top agents, other awards were also handed out. Each office manager and the rental department selected one agent to recognize with their Manager’s Award. The agents in each office and the rental department also got together to select one person among their peers who they would recommend family or friends to if they were not actively practicing real estate, with each selection being awarded the Chairman’s Award for their office or department. Finally, the Bill Vernon Pillar Award is given to the one person at Coldwell Banker Resort Realty, either agent or staff, that best exemplifies all of the brokerage’s pillar values, and is the most prestigious award given out each year.
