Charred Brussel Sprouts
reduced sherry, fresh grated parmesan, smoked salt

Mixed Greens
fava bean, shaved radish, ricotta, rhubarb vin

summer squash, ramp oil, citrus

Little Neck Clams
pancetta, chervil, coriander citrus tea broth

cauliflower, mushroom, bonito aioli, caper, olive
