“We moved here in March 2022 after close to 40 years in Philadelphia. We owned a second home here for about 8 years in the early 2000's.”
- What is your favorite thing about living at the beach?
“Being close to the ocean and beach as well as a slightly slower pace.”
- What is your favorite thing about your business/profession?
“The unexpected! Every day is different and many times a surprise. The people I work with are great.”
- Why did you incorporate fitness into your life?
“Many reasons - stress relief, weight management, overall health and wellness.”
- When did you start working out at the Body Shop?
“In April of 2022, shortly after moving here.”
