“We have lived in the area for over 20 years.”
- What is your favorite thing about living at the beach?
“I grew up in Brooklyn NY not far from the Brooklyn Beaches, and always loved being near the Ocean.”
- What is your favorite thing about your business/profession?
“Being retired after 47 years in Law Enforcement…First with the DC Police Department for 31 years, a short stent with US Capitol Police and the Amtrak Police Department, where I retired as the Chief.”
- Why did you incorporate fitness into your life?
“Several reasons, one to get healthy and I find that working out has helped reduce the stress in my life.”
- When did you start working out at the Body Shop?
“18 months ago.”

“Stay away from Donuts. Everything in moderation and don’t stop working out!”
