Oldfather Group Expands Real Estate Services Into Coastal Maryland

July 27, 2018

Gaze across the Delaware state line from Fenwick Island and you can't help but notice a huge difference. Small coastal towns, in fact the self-proclaimed "quiet resorts" of the First State, give way to the sprawl of Maryland's favorite summertime playground of Ocean City.

The state's second largest city during the summer months, Ocean City is teeming with action and excitement, and continues to become more popular with each passing year.

And we're excited to announce that, effective immediately, the Oldfather Group of Ocean Atlantic Sotheby's International Realty is expanding our marketing and sales efforts into this already lucrative market.

Led by a three-person team focusing almost exclusively on coastal Maryland, we will be striving to become one of top real estate firms in this new market, as we have been for several years now in southern Delaware.

Operating for now out of our Bethany Beach office, one of three Oldfather Group locations, our dedicated team of coastal Maryland specialists are committed to expanding our presence in the towns and municipalities that comprise this special area of the Free State.

Focusing primarily on Ocean City, Berlin, Ocean Pines and the surrounding areas, our new efforts mean more options and greater flexibility for our clients seeking homes in the coastal regions of Delaware and Maryland.

The Oldfather Group's coastal Maryland team brings years of valuable experience to the table and is augmented by CEO Dustin Oldfather and Grace Nelson, both of whom hold real estate licenses in the state of Maryland.

The OG's "Coastal Maryland Team" includes Realtors Sherry ThensCynthia Nagel and John McAdams, all well versed on the towns and the communities that make up the state's most popular coastal resort area.
