Purple Parrot announces Fall/Winter daily specials!
You can tell by the weather that the fall/winter season is upon us and now so are the local's favorite dining specials in downtown Rehoboth Beach. The Parrot always has a good deal, but this time of year the locals get to take advantage of some of the most incredible specials the area has to offer. You can get a 1lb burger or a 1/2 lb crab cake, 1 lb prime rib, the largest and best schnitzel around or a 1/2 pound of pasta, all for the lowest prices around.
You can get a burger at other places for less, but remember the old say, you get what you pay for. On Monday nights at the Parrot you not only get a pound of freshly ground beef for $7.75, but you also get your choice of side. If that isn't worth the price alone, you also have a full fixins bar w/ lettuce, tomato, onions, pickles, cheddar or swiss cheese, bacon, grilled mushrooms or onions to pile high on your mumbo jumbo burger. That is priceless. The other specials are just as incredible. Tuesdays gets you one of the items off the Pub Grub menu for only $10. That includes; meatloaf & mash, fish & chips, shepherd's pie, grilled triple decker reuben, shrimp & chips, chicken parm, bangers & mash, chicken pot pie and so many more to pick from. Wednesday is the one and only LUMP DAY, w/ their famous 1/2 pound crab cakes for 1/2 the price. Nothing else to say here except, get here early. Thursday is another night to get in early. Entrees are only $12.75. That again includes the crab cakes, prime rib, pastas, schnitzel, kabobs and many more from the menu. Fish Frydays brings their famous baja fish tacos to the table for only $10, add a 16 oz margarita on the rocks for only $4.50. Saturday you can get a tast of Germany w/ a full Bavarian menu w/ the Schnitzel & fries being featured for only $12.75. Finally we have our longest running special, Sunday Prime Rib w/ our slow roasted 1 lb rib w/ mash & veg only $12.75. You can't beat these specials anywhere in town so why even try. The prices are right, the food is great and the tables are waiting for you.
