🚨 Exciting News! The Shaffer Family Foundation has launched the First Responders Scholarship Fund to support the children of Delaware’s brave first responders! 💙👨🚒👮♀️
We kicked off the fund with $2,500, and thanks to the incredible generosity of Nitan Soni, Realtor who donated $1,000, and Monty from The Starboard who donated $200, we are now less than $1,300 away from reaching our first $5,000 scholarship goal — to be awarded in 2025! 🙌
Our long-term goal is to send multiple students to college each year with a $5,000 scholarship, helping the children of first responders pursue their dreams without the burden of financial stress. 🙌
✅ Students can still apply — children of first responders in the state of Delaware are eligible!
💥 And yes — you can still donate! Every donation is tax-deductible and goes directly toward supporting the future of Delaware’s heroes’ children.
