Teacher and Social Worker save $2324 while purchasing home by using Heroes Home Advantage Program

A Big congratulations to our “double Heroes” Jen (teacher) and Petra (social worker) on the purchase of their new condo.  These Heroes saved $2324 that was used toward their closing costs while purchasing their home.  This Heroes Home Advantage team of Kathleen “Atom” Irwin, Realtor (gave 25% back from commission), Wendy Smith, Lender with Embrace Home Loans (lender credit), Bonnie Benson (reduced attorney fees) and a discount on their home inspection using Tim Harriger of Home Seal (not pictured) as a way for us to say Thank You for what you do.
