Course One Selections:
• Grain bowl w/ barley avocado, chickpeas, spring berries, veggies and a honey dijon vinaigrette
• Buffalo chicken dip with celery, carrots, tortilla chips
Course Two Selections:
• Smoked bologna "reuben" with swiss and sauerkraut, island dressing, pickle chips, fries on rye bread
• Southern style fried chicken with baked beans, cucumber-tomato salad and hot honey
Course Three Selections:
• Double chocolate brownie cookie sundae
• Seasonal sundae
