First Course (Antipasto):
Fried squid served with spicy marinara
Tegamino of prosciutto e’ mozzarella
Small square of IOI mozzarella wrapped with prosciutto. Placed over a bed of fresh grape tomatoes and TOI sauce. Garnished with basil.
Crispy romaine and pecorino grande tossed in TOI Cesar dressing. Finished with TOI croutons and shaved pecorino cheese.
Chopped arugula, romaine, tomatoes, red onions, cucumbers, handmade mozzarella, and balsamic vinaigrette.
Second Course (Secondi):
Costaletta di Maile
Double cut pork chop with a mushroom sauce then drizzled with melted gorgonzola. Served with asparagus and roasted potatoes.
3 medallions of chicken made in a lemon white wine sauce with capers. Served with spinach and roasted potatoes.
Salmone con Salsa di Crema
Salmon topped with a classic brandy sauce placed over a bed of roasted brussels sprouts. Served over a bed of spinach and roasted potatoes.
