USCG/PotNets Free Vessel Safety Checks

National Safe Boating Week begins May 18th!
Do you own a boat or are you interested in getting in to boating? Pot-Nets and Paradise Grill have teamed up with the United States Coast Guard Auxiliary to provide free vessel safety checks on Saturday, May 18th at the Paradise Grill boat slips nearest the Pot-Nets Bayside Community Center. This event is a perfect opportunity for anyone interested in boating to either get their own vessel inspected, or check out the Freedom Boat Club fleet's safety equipment and go for a free boat ride, if weather permits! Come stop by and check it out this Saturday, from 10-2 pm in the slips nearest the PotNets Bayside Community Center!
These checks will take place from 10:00am to 2:00pm, and will provide an opportunity for boaters to learn more about what safety equipment their boat requires, but without the consequences if the boat fails to pass. Checks can be performed in the specified boat slips (Paradise Grill slips PG73 through PG82), on a trailer, or an appointment can be made for an inspection at your own boat slip.
