‘More Right Wrong Turns’ author to sign books July 26

Local author Bill Newcott will sign copies of "More Right Wrong Turns: Continued True (and Sometimes Twisted) Tales of Coastal Delaware from the Back Roads to the Beaches” from 2 to 4 p.m., Saturday, July 26, at Browseabout Books in Rehoboth Beach.

The book contains a collection of irreverent but affectionate essays about eastern Sussex County.

Many selections in the book are expanded versions of Newcott’s popular articles in Delaware Beach Life magazine.

“I’ve traveled the world digging up oddball and unexpected stories,” said Newcott, a former expeditions editor at National Geographic Magazine and film critic for The Saturday Evening Post. “But I’m telling you, I don’t think I’m ever going to run out of stuff to write about right here.”

Newcott will also be signing copies of his popular first book about coastal Delaware, “All the Right Wrong Turns.”
