‘Under a Mermaid Moon’ author to sign books in Rehoboth July 6

Rehoboth Beach children’s author Catherine H. Miller will sign copies of her recent book, “Under a Mermaid Moon,” from 3 to 5 p.m., Saturday, July 6, at Browseabout Books, 133 Rehoboth Ave., Rehoboth Beach.
A former educator, Miller collaborated with art students at H.O. Brittingham Elementary School in Milton, who illustrated the book.
