29th Annual Sea Witch Festival kicks off Oct. 26 in Rehoboth
Costumed four-legged friends will be wagging their way down the Rehoboth Beach Boardwalk during the 29th Annual Sea Witch Festival, Friday through Sunday, Oct. 26-28.
The Best Costumed Dog Contest, sponsored by Rehoboth Beach Animal Hospital and co-sponsored by Pet Wants Rehoboth Beach, is set for Sunday, Oct. 28. Registration begins at noon on Lake Avenue next to the Henlopen Hotel. The registration fee is $5 per dog. The one-mile-long parade will begin at 1 p.m., from the north end of the Boardwalk down to Laurel Street, then ending on the Rehoboth Beach Bandstand where the judges’ favorite costumed dogs will be announced at 2:30 p.m.
