Project Pop Up Business and 302 Fitness in Milton celebrated a grand opening Oct. 14 with the Delaware Economic Development Office and state and local officials. Project Pop-up offers three months of free rent in conjunction with a local landlord while filling vacant properties in the downtown areas in the state.
